Meet Victoria

Victoria has a decade of experience assisting businesses in biotech, professional services, and manufacturing. Recognized for her achievements, Victoria received the 2022 WICPA Excellence Award – Young Professional and the 2024 AICPA Outstanding Young Professional Award. Overcoming early financial challenges she earned degrees in business administration, chemical engineering, and accounting, culminating in her CPA license.

Meet Shari

Shari, with over 5 years in accounting, excels in simplifying accounting, taxes, and compliance for busy entrepreneurs, granting them more time for business growth. Passionate about helping others, she's the Treasurer for the Cottage Grove Chamber of Commerce and mentors high school students through the Big Brothers Big Sisters MentorU program. As a CPA, Shari uses her expertise to help businesses achieve their goals.

Meet Bailey

Bailey has been in the Madison's community for six years, helping local entities with their financial goals. With roots in a family business in Southwest Wisconsin, he graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor's in Economics. Bailey's financial interest, developed further as a Relationship Banker, and now aids in financial services at Novii. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, exploring over 60 golf courses nationwide, and attending live sports and music events.

Meet Kelley

Kelley graduated from UW-Green Bay and has three years of experience in the accounting field. Working for startups, including Novii, has been her favorite, as the passion and drive of her coworkers are truly inspiring. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids, reading, and practicing yoga.

Megan is currently an accounting intern and a dedicated student at UW-Madison, majoring in accounting. She is passionate about gaining real-world experience in the accounting field while completing her studies. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and staying active outside.

Shayla brings a fresh perspective to Novii, as a recent graduate from the University of Michigan, she is currently pursuing a MS in UX Design at UW-Madison. Shayla is dedicated to enhancing client relations, growing the Novii brand, and fostering a lasting community. Originally from Marquette, MI, Shayla is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying trail running and mountain biking in her free time.

As our team & client experience coordinator, Hayley excels in event planning and recruitment. As a current student at UW-Madison, she is pursuing a dual major in Personal Finance and Entrepreneurship. Hayley balances her academic endeavors with a passion for efficiency and organization. When she is not in the office, you can find her indulging in her love for travel and soaking up the sun with weekend activities like swimming and boating.
