Meet Victoria

Victoria has a decade of experience assisting businesses in biotech, professional services, and manufacturing. Recognized for her achievements, Victoria was named one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting in 2024 and received the 2024 AICPA Outstanding Young Professional Award. Overcoming early financial challenges she earned degrees in business administration, chemical engineering, and accounting, culminating in her CPA license.

Meet Bailey

Bailey has been in the Madison's community for six years, helping local entities with their financial goals. With roots in a family business in Southwest Wisconsin, he graduated from UW-Madison with a Bachelor's in Economics. Bailey's financial interest, developed further as a Relationship Banker, and now aids in financial services at Novii. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, exploring over 60 golf courses nationwide, and attending live sports and music events.

Meet Ramon

Graduating from UW-Whitewater, Ramon has spent five years in the accounting field, with CPA firms being his favorite to work in. His knowledge of tax topics and ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand way makes his work especially rewarding. Currently, Ramon is pursuing his CPA certification. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, and staying active at the gym or outdoors.

Meet Megan

Megan is currently an accounting assistant and a dedicated student at UW-Madison, majoring in accounting. She is passionate about gaining real-world experience in the accounting field while completing her studies. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and staying active outside.

As a recent graduate from the University of Michigan, she is currently pursuing a MS in UX Design at UW-Madison. Shayla is dedicated to enhancing client relations, growing the Novii brand, and fostering a lasting community. Originally from Marquette, MI, Shayla is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying trail running and mountain biking in her free time.
