Victoria Thayer’s Inspirational Journey
Victoria Thayer’s journey is a testament to her resilience, dedication, and passion for accounting. An immigrant from Venezuela, Victoria moved to the United States for college, inspired by the hardworking women in her family. Her grandmother and mother, both maids, instilled in her a strong work ethic and a desire to excel.
Victoria’s academic journey is impressive. She earned her BS in Chemical Engineering and Business before pursuing a Master’s in Accounting. Her determination saw her waking up at 3 AM to study for the CPA exam, a commitment that paid off when she successfully became a Certified Public Accountant.
Breaking Barriers and Making Waves
Victoria founded Novii CPA just a year ago, transforming it from an idea into a thriving business with dozens of clients and a team of eight employees. Her innovative approach has been instrumental in setting Novii CPA apart from traditional accounting firms. By offering subscription-based CPA services, Victoria ensures that the client relationship is built on trust and ongoing support, breaking the mold of conventional practices in the industry.
Victoria’s influence extends beyond her professional achievements. She is an active volunteer, dedicating her time to organizations such as Affordable Dental Care, the Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce, and the WICPA. Her efforts are not only changing her family’s trajectory but also making significant waves in the accounting profession.

Upon receiving the award, Victoria shared her thoughts: “This honor marks the pinnacle of my career, showing what we can achieve beyond our perceived limits. It’s a shared victory inspiring growth and contribution to our field. I am immensely grateful to God, my family, teammates at Novii CPA, mentors, and clients.”
